Ecolab is seeking female and male management professionals to join our Pest Elimination Division. You will develop and lead a team of service specialists who provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to businesses, retail stores, FB plants, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and schools. You’ll uphold Ecolab’s culture and policies to foster a respectful and safe work environment. We will count on you to promote teamwork and a positive environment that cultivates continuous improvement and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise service specialists responsible for day and night route management including customer retention, growing existing account add-on sales and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Effectively select, train, develop and coach service specialists
- Manage area business processes to maximize route productivity, drive business results and achieve growth targets
- Maintain customer focus and take action to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Fully understand Ecolab protocols and procedures to assure quality service and compliance with applicable regulations/laws
- Manage budget as well as profit and loss responsibilities, including controlling expenses
- Jumpstart your career w/ leadership training at Ecolab University

Income package: Base salary based on experience, plus bonus decaled company vehicle
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years’ management experience in the pest industry, hospitality / hotel, restaurant, or business service industry or equivalent Ecolab Pest industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, entomology or related
- Pest industry or product knowledge
- Previous sales experience
- PC skills: proficient in MS Office software
- Proven record of meeting customer needs, quality service delivery, meeting business objectives, and ability to lead a service team
- Exceptional communication organizational skills w/ aptitude to implement change initiatives
- Good decision-making and problem solving skills when handling challenging situations in a fast-paced environment
Position Requirements:
- Able to lift/carry (80/100) pounds
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Home office w/ Internet access
- Possess or able to obtain state certification and business licensing
