District Manager
Position Summary
Our client is one of the leaders in their field who now has an opening for a District Manager. You will be reporting to the Regional Vice President and with the support of the Operations Senior Leadership Team, your peer District Managers, Regional Trainers and Human Resources.

Responsibilities
- Actively recruit, conduct interviews, hire and ensure training.
- Provide and ensure quality customer service is constantly delivered at all times.
- Keep a close eye on day to day operations of a number of stores
- Review and act upon daily and monthly financial results setting priorities and actions for improvement.
- Maintain all operating systems to ensure full compliance with Policies and Procedures including security measures.
- Plan and conduct regular meetings and prepare and distribute agenda and minutes with all team members.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 successful years in a multi-unit environment
- Minimum 2 years in a management role
- An ability to spot talent and hire amazing sales people
- Self starter, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to train, motivate and lead, highly organized, flexible, creative.
