Role Responsibility
· Take personal accountability for results!
· Accomplish District and Store Sales, Merchandising, Operations and People Development objectives
· Synergistic and collaborative partner with company leadership in development of strategic and tactical plans
· Lead a Team of Direct and Indirect reports while managing cross-functional partnerships
· Partner with Corporate Team to maximize District contribution
Experience Skills Needed
· 5+ years current and direct Retail multi-store leadership
· Supervision of multiple Store Managers that directly supervise their teams
· Retail Softlines, Hardlines or General Merchandise Categories in Specialty Stores
· Demonstrated top achievements building Teams while maximizing Service, Sales and Profit
· Effective Management, Operational, Personal Technology skills
