Manage and direct all operational and staff activities for assigned clients. large district office (independent of a megamarket). Essential Functions: Primary accountabilities with the 5 most important listed first Build AlliedBarton business and reputation through excellent customer service to our clients. Coach, counsel, and develop assigned personnel to allow for their competency and growth. Oversee and manage client contracts, and client and employee relations for assigned accounts with the support of regional, divisional and corporate resources Work with all levels in the megamarket organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain confidentiality of all information and data. Keep records and prepare accurate and timely feedback / reports as required.
