Responsibilities:
- Work strategically with Regional Management to drive revenue of assigned District in a highly performance based environment
- Ability to analyze audit findings and provide training opportunities for field employees
- Strategic thinker to work with department heads to develop and maintain annual budgets keeping monetary spending within the parameters of the committed budget
Requirements:
- Multi-unit operational experience a must
- Three to five years of experience at a District Manager level or above
- Financial management responsibility including PLs and budgets is required
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple task/projects
- Management of 8-10 locations and up to 10 direct reports preferred
- Willing to train in an existing market for no less than 6 months
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
