District Office Administrator

Job Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting management and sales team with day-to-day administrative duties and business details including:

- Communicating with customers, retail store team members, sales managers, sales administrators, and business partners as needed to handle operational matters and customer issues, in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Compiling statistical reports
Maintaining spreadsheets and tracking information as needed (daily numbers, contest tracking, staffing, sales performance, and personnel)
- Scheduling meetings, including preparing agenda and meeting facility
- Reviewing and processing designated recurring expenses to accounts payable

Education/Skills/Experience Required:
Requires:
- Two years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a sales office environment highly preferred
- Advanced computer skills and fully proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be multi-task oriented with strong customer service focus
- Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner
- Excellent follow-through skills and attention to detail
