During the well life, our service ensures zonal isolation of the critical producing zones while protecting precious groundwater. After cementing, you can count on superior well integrity, which is critical for asset and environmental protection. We ve integrated coiled-tubing services with downhole tool technology to perform multistage stimulation treatments for rapid ROI while minimizing wellsite footprint and reducing environmental impact. This includes: Hydraulic Fracturing; Cementing Services; Coiled Tubing Services; Acidizing Services and Sand Control Pumping Services ROLE SYNOPSIS To provide direction and supervision of personnel and ensure services are performed in a proper and timely manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES * Reports to and acts on behalf of District Manager in his absence. * Supervises service operations personnel, assigns crews and equipment to jobs. * Organizes and directs the service operations. * Ensures job quality control by scheduling appropriate personnel, equipment, resources, reviewing technical aspects of job, and assuring job is done per customer orders and Company policy. * Recruits, interviews, and may hire new operations employees. * Prepares and/or audits reports of labor and equipment hours utilized, general expenses incurred, field services provided, and loans of equipment and personnel. * Assures the cleanliness and state of repair of service equipment. * Follows up with customers regarding job related problems or concerns. * Addresses employee disciplinary issues and monitors field employee performance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * 3 7+ years experience in Operations/Supervisory role at a district level. * High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred. OTHER DETAILS * May require travel, some overnight travel to be expected. * May work in the dirt/rig sites; wearing PPE/HSE attire.
