Responsible for driving share holder value through the maximization of market share, sales, and profits. Effectively lead trade execution through the management of field personnel within a designated territory.
Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
Responsible for the coaching, developing and encouraging excellence from a diverse team.
Directly responsible for the management, planning, and administration of sales and distribution of a designated sales territory.
Manage sales, profit and operational expenses for designated sales territory.
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
Monitor market execution and merchandising standards compliance.
Manage and audit team member's timekeeping.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales required.
Requires experience managing people/budgets.
3+ years supervising sales staff.
Some beverage experience a plus.
Intermediate computer and database application skills.
Ability to create and conduct sales presentations.
Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
