Position Summary: This position is responsible for implementing the appropriate sales strategy throughout the Southeast Region to ensure company meets Manager Print goals through the use of the Account Management and Business Development sales team. Primary Responsibilities: - Coach, mentor and develop sales personnel - Effectively recruit and train sales personnel - Assist in planning annual goals, appraisals, personnel issues - Prepare proposals, presentations and pricing - Prepare sales and activity reports, communication follow up - Distribute performance objectives to meet team objectives for sales, GP and NP - Develop pricing strategies for existing and potential customers and increase sales and enhance profitability Qualifications Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree - Minimum of 5 - 8 years successful experience in sales management in a business-to-business selling environment managing a multi-tiered sales organization - All core skills and knowledge of the Managed Print Services Account Management and Business Development roles - Advanced selling negotiation skills - Management skills (mentoring, coaching, counseling) for sales personnel optimization - High level of business acumen - Excellent computer skills and technology competence - Prior experience in leading a managed print sales organization Job: Sales/Telesales Location(s): US-GA-Atlanta Other Locations: US-FL-Ft Lauderdale Schedule: Full-time Job Level: Manager/Supervisor Shift: Day Job Job Type: Experienced Employment Statement Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer who values the diversity of our people, products, and services.
