District Sales Representative

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University, plus two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be willing to travel and adjust hours accordingly to meet sales leads or customer complaints. Must adhere to and support pertinent corporate policy and procedures (i.e., pricing, terms, credit, quotations, and inventory.)
- Valid driver’s license.
- Positive overall presentation for the purpose of conducting sales calls and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Extensive, detailed understanding of B-Line Electrical products and product application
- Knowledge B-Line’s working relationship with distributors, specifying engineers, end-users, and original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s).
- Good communication skills for the purpose of training and product presentation
- Analytical skills for the purpose of reporting and targeting conditions in the market and resolving customer problems.
- Record keeping skills
- Good manager of time, travel, expenditures.
