Position Overview

The District Visual Trainer is responsible to ensure that merchandise presentations represent the corporate brand and image consistently throughout district store environments.  The District Visual Trainer must work directly with store teams to maximize all company visual strategies.  Their primary focus is to train store teams on visual standards and practices.  The District trainer is responsible to support merchandise productivity through the effective training and implementation of visual presentation strategies and directives. 

 

Essential Job Functions

Duties include, but are not limited to:

 

·   Ensure excellent Visual Merchandising Standards through partnership with the Visual Manager.

·   Conduct workshops as needed to train, elevate top stores and to support underperforming stores.

·   Prioritize high volume and “focus” stores in store visits and walk throughs.

·   Direct, lead and support all new store openings within the region.

·        Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
·        Flexible to travel 3-4 days a week within various markets
·        Excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills
