Advance sector and enterprise wide diversity and inclusion maturity by partnering with senior leaders to develop business area/functional strategic action plans consistent with the enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategy. Partner with business sector leadership and diversity council/employee network, and other key stakeholders to develop recommended business area/functional actions aligned with enterprise diversity and inclusion strategic goals. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Duties and responsibilities which occupy a major portion of time and importance in the job. Incumbent(s) perform one or more of the following duties.) 1.Partner with and influence leadership team members on hiring, promoting, retaining diversity candidates and driving Diversity and inclusion efforts 2.Partner with leadership, and other key stakeholders to assess business area/functions culture/environment (e.g. conduct focus groups), identify challenge areas and recommend and implement actions for improvement (e.g. development of tools for leaders/managers, scripts for appropriate DI messaging with employees and candidates for employment, etc. ) 3.Run and analyze business area/ function diversity data to determine appropriate areas of focus and develop appropriate strategies to increase diversity and inclusion aligned with enterprise wide DI strategy 4. Partner with Diversity Council/employee network to develop recommended sector actions aligned with Inc DI strategy and that meet sector needs; provide expertise to communities of interest/affinity-groups within the region/sector in alignment with Inc-wide strategy. 5. Execute Inc and Plc DI strategy/objectives in the sector (i.e. ensure sector executes strategies and meets objectives flowed down from Inc and Plc such as inclusive leadership education, diverse candidate slates/interview panels, etc.) 6. Drive participation in DI education efforts for managers and employees; provide delivery when needed. 7. Work closely with senior executives, HR business partners, key collaborators within the CoE and with other CoE liaisons to provide resources and tools in support of action plans, key initiatives, goals, and objectives. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or human resources Required Experience: 10-12 years with 3-5 specific to diversity and inclusion Required Skills: Experience driving diversity inclusion for business impact. Experience working with and influencing senior leaders. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
