RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure that all processes involved in the production of Columbus Division interface for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Efficiently coordinate and manage the sale-to-close process for each home sold by acting as a liaison between the division, our external business partners and other internal departments.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Production Process Manager, Sales Manager, Construction Manager and other division functions.
- Prepares and secures approval and distributes weekly and/or monthly reports as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and mastery of excel, including creation and maintenance of intricate spreadsheets.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Organizational Leadership.
