We have the following position at our Santa Clarita Division location:
Division Manager
Responsible for fostering a work environment based on teamwork and open communication. Organizes the division and determines the allocation of duties for Route/Shop Supervisors, Customer Service Manager and Sales. Will be accountable for the overall service, productivity, and safety of the division and the lawful operating condition of company vehicles. Monitors and controls administrative costs and oversees all functional areas. Must maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure the adequate hiring and training of all personnel. Ensures location is in compliance with all regulatory agencies and statues including the DOT and OSHA.

Position requires a minimum of 7 years experience in a management position involving transportation, operations, customer service and safety. Must be able to objectively assess performance and listen carefully to all team members. Must be able to establish strong and effective working relationships with people inside and outside the division. Must have ability to plan, budget, and schedule and supervise multiple projects from concept to completion. Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
