Division Manager – Northeast


Mentor Worldwide LLC, a member of Johnson Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Division Manager, in Northeast. Territory will include: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NJ, East/West NY.

The role Mentor's Division Manager is to inspire and motivate Sales Representatives to achieve revenue success. The DM will generate a sense of urgency for direct reports to meet business objectives. The DM will devise appropriate measures to identify team success.

In this role, the Division Manager will think strategically to create revenue growth and champions Mentor's vision and translates Mentor's vision and strategy into actionable goals and priorities for direct reports. The Division Manager will effectively manage budgets, team quotas and internal resources to achieve business imperatives. The Division Manager functions as an integral member of the field management team and interacts effectively with the marketing management team and other cross-functional individuals. The Division Manager holds Sales Representatives accountable for compliant and execution of maintaining/exceeding sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as well as provides coaching to Sales Representatives through field visits, on-going dialogue regarding performance and providing candid and constructive feedback. The Division Manager will identify talent and potential in others; puts the right people in the right jobs at the right time. The Division Manager will also perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

This position requires a 4 year degree, as well as a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience. Surgical sales experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment and Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons is preferred. Formal sales training experience, people development skills, territory planning, customer call planning preferred. Previous sales management experience preferred. Preference will be given to candidates living within 30 miles of the territory, with documented history of proven sales success, the ability to influence and motivate others in healthcare/medical sales industry, a track record of growing a sales territory and consistently achieving quota. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Candidates must have a valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States and a clean driving record. The ability to travel as necessary 50-75%, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel is required.
