Division Manager QMRP Job in West Saint Paul 55118, Minnesota US

DIVISION MANAGER-Scattered Sites

HOURS:     40 Hours per week

SCHEDULE:  Monday through Friday, on-call availability

DUTIES:   

·         Supervise SILS and ILS Workers

·         Review progress and incident reports

·         Attend client meetings for SILS/ILS Workers assigned

·         Conduct case reviews for CLA/ILS Workers assigned

·         Oversee billing and budget

·         Conduct intakes for new clients

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

·         Four year or two year degree in social service area; must be a QMRP.

·         Prefer   at  least  three  years  experience  providing  direct  service  or  management  of Semi-Independent Living Services.

·         Must have at least two years of supervisory experience.

·         Must have own car and pass driving record check
