Divisional CFO Financial Services Group
Our client is a financial services group who are currently recruiting for a new Divisional CFO. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a large accounting function of the group and group risk which has responsibility for the development and maintenance of Risk Strategy and performance indicators.
Other key responsibilities include:
Deliver insight and input to the Group's business as a whole
Help drive modification and maintenance of the Group financial model and historic data.
Ensure all submissions regarding finance, risk and technical reports are provided appropriately to the Board
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience of risk management experience within a financial services regulated environment. You must have previous experience of managing a finance/risk function and should be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and develop your department and have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to challenge directors views as appropriate with constructive suggestions and alternative proposals
