Divisional Financial Controller recruitment

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation, analysis and management of periodical financial and statutory reports for the group.
The key responsibilities of the position will be to:
- Ensure that all teams and investee companies comply and operate within the group financial control framework
- Improve, develop and implement the internal financial controls, processes and procedures
- Statutory reporting – preparing and consolidating the groups’ financial statements in line with relevant GAAP and IFRS
- Regularly prepare and present the financial reports for both the group and the investee companies
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a professional accounting qualification such as a CPA, CMA, ACA or ACCA
- Have experience at Financial Controller level within a blue-chip or large regional organisation
- Be very strong technically, with an in-depth understanding and experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting and IFRS/GAAP
- Have excellent communication skills and be highly driven, motivated and ambitious
- Be excited about working and living in Abu Dhabi
