Divisional Manager - Tooling

THE COMPANY: This leading manufacturer has been established for over thirty years and is currently recruiting a new divisional manager due to growth in their business. They sell a range of power tools as well as associated consumables, and this role involves taking the product to market as well as giving your sales team the knowledge to develop their sales activities.

THE ROLE: You will have full profit and loss responsibility for this division, looking after an internal sales team and managing accounts within a major distribution network. They seek an experienced field sales person who is looking to step up into a management role; what you have sold is less important than your motivational skills but it is likely that you will come from a technical, FMCG or commercial sales background.
