We have been engaged by one of the nations most successful construction companies to identify a Division Controller for one of their fastest growing divisions that focuses on energy, utilities and communications.
This is a hands-on position with responsibility for the monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting cycle. Must have experience with foreign exchage, consolidated financial statements and SOX experience working for a publicly-held company. Work with the CFO analyzing potential acquisitions, streamlining procedures, implementing process improvements, preparing budgets, cash flow statements and ROI. Must have supervisory experience.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, you must be a CPA!!!
Construction industry experience preferred.
Public accounting and industry mix preferred however, willing to consider someone directly out of public accounting if your client base includes public companies, real estate or construction industry experience and you're assigned to your firms top clients.
