DMS Administrator Job in Berkshire, Home Counties Uk

Our client is Berkshire is looking for a DMS Administrator to join their team on an ongoing 6-12 months fix term contract.

1)KEY RESULT AREAS MAIN DUTIES

This position is responsible for the DMS Administrative tasks, which will include the following:
•Ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner in line with departmental procedures and guidelines or are forwarded to appropriate personnel in an expedited manner. This includes all enquiries relating to Medical Information and Drug Safety.

•Registration, transfer, discontinuation and de-registration of patients and Healthcare Professionals involved in the receipt or provision of Denzapine treatment according to SOPs and in a timely manner
•Receipt and inputting of blood results in DMS
•Continuously monitoring patient blood results to ensure the appropriate and safe administration of product
•Liaising closely with central and local laboratories on all aspects relating to patient blood samples and blood results
•Answering all incoming calls in a courteous and customer focussed manner and within Industry/Company timelines
•Ensuring phone cover is provided during hours of service
•Understand the pharmacovigilance requirements and report all adverse events according to relevantSOPs
•Providing consistent, accurate advice and information to external and internal users on the processes surrounding the Denzapine Monitoring Service, either over the phone or in person
•Identify MI queries and complaints, and transfer calls/information appropriately
•Arranging meetings and taking and typing up of minutes of medical meetings as required by SOP
•Creating and formatting letters and emails to the Prescription medicines Code of Practice Authority as required

2)EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Either a biological sciences degree or relevant experience in a customer facing role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (e.g. Pharmacy Technician)

Technical skills and abilities
•Excellent oral communication skills
•Computer literate (experience of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, e-mail packages and internet).
•Excellent telephone manner.
•Good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise to ensure delivery to meet deadlines.
