Job Description:
We have IMMEDIATE CONTRACT OPENINGS in the Chatsworth area for candidates who are experienced with mortgage servicing and default process for residential loans. The Document Analyst acts as a liaison between internal departments. As a control point, the Document Analyst monitors modification file documents, initiates missing information letters, escrow analysis, orders BPOs and other services as needed, and monitors systems for trial payments to ensure an expeditious process. The Document Analyst communicates any issues or missing information to the Specialist who then notifies the customer. Job Experience:
HS Diploma or equivalent required, college preferred. 2 or more years experience working in a high productivity operational center. 2 or more years of mortgage default/servicing experience preferably in Collections, Loss Mitigation, Underwriting, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and/or REO Collections required. Must have good analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively resolve issues. Must have very good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
