Document Control Specialist Job Description: Aerotek Energy Services is currently looking for a Document Control Specialist. Duration: minimum 4-5 weeks - Must have experience in working in the Power Industry or heavy industrial - Must have experience doing Document Controls - Must have knowledge experience with various types of Document Control database softwares - Knowledge of ProARC is a major plus - Manage contract deliverables - Maintain new or revise contracts - Create and maintain correspondence log to track all incoming and outgoing correspondence to client. - Manage all engineering and construction project documentation such as design drawings, models, shop drawings and OM manuals. - Ensure all documents meet quality standards for processing and distribution - Make sure all drawings had appropriate revisions control before issuing thru ftp site as well as hard copy for construction managers and site personnel.
