Kinetic Recruitment is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of Business Support and Administration personnel to the Engineering, Defence and ICT Sectors.
Currently my client, a large multinational Engineering organisation is seeking to appoint a dedicated Document Controller to join their team and to deliver high quality control of specific project documentation. They are able to offer a fantastic working environment and massive career opportunities. Please note even though this is an initial 6 month contract there is a view to permanency for the right candidate.
This exciting and innovative role requires the successful applicant to:
- Provide seamless support updates of project documentation which enter and exit the organisation
- Register all incoming and outgoing documentation on the internal system
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding project documentation
- Work closely with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure documents are delivered in a timely fashion
- Any other administration duties as required
- Assist with project administration as and when required
- Ensure the most cost effective plans methods are implemented
- Utilise the databases to ensure accurate information is maintained
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 2+ years Document Control experience within an Engineering environment
- Advanced IT literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint
- Proven experience in Project Administration/Team Assistance role liaising with internal departments
- Immaculate Administration and Organisational skills
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
