An existing opportunity is available for an experienced Document Controller / Project Support Officer to join this close knit Construction team in their new CBD office.
Working closely with the Estimating and Commercial Manager, you will be a responsible for providing technical and administrative support to a team of engineers and construction managers, demonstrating your superior project skills and ability to work with urgency.
In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing the document control system inCITE, ensuring all technical drawings and project documentation are managed effectively. This role will also see you coordinate all administration requirements for the office including preparation of tender submissions, travel coordination, greeting clients and transferring calls accordingly.
The successful candidate will have experience in document control and thrive in a busy project environment in a role that offers diversity and a dynamic team to work with. This position is to start immediately on a contract basis with the view of permanency. It is essential that you have advanced communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Experience in large commercial projects is highly regarded.
