Document Management Expert (eArchivist), Banking, Basel, Switzerland recruitment

Are you looking for a challenging position in a prestigious organisation?

In this contract position, you will assist with the development and implementation of an electronic archiving strategy of the company. These include:

- analyse and improve work processes related to electronic document management and archiving

- lead the development of electronic archiving initiatives

- work closely with archives users and concerned staff to establish their requirement

- support the work of the DM team (administration, maintenance, upgrading and testing)

The start date of this contract is ASAP

The contract duration is 3 years

Skills required for this role include:

-   minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electronic records management and electronic archiving

-   university degree in related professional qualification

-   qualification in IT project management (specifically in electronic records management and archiving systems

-   strong customer orientation

-   strong analytical skills

-   proficiency in English, knowledge of French and/or German would be a great advantage
