DOCUMENT SALES TRAINEE

Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Document Sales Trainee is to learn the document sales process and products. Other responsibilities include assisting Document Sales Consultants in lead generation and other aspects of the sales cycle. You are responsible for learning overall sales and quotas of integrated document solutions (business forms, tags, labels, etc.) within various accounts and territories.
The goal of this position is to prepare the trainee for their own territory, at which point they become a Document Sales Consultant. You will assist in the sale of Reynolds' products and services to existing customer base, develop new customer base and develop and maintain customer and sales information records. As a trainee, you will also provide customer service and resolves customer issues as well as maintain and increase personal knowledge of applicable product applications via training, documentation, and self-study.
Training:
Extensive world class training, including on-the-job training with a mentor as well as classroom instruction at our corporate headquarters in Dayton, Ohio, with courses on our products, sales skills and processes, and automotive dealership operations. Requirements:
- 0-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to schedule time effectively
- Strong influential skills/level of charisma for building long-term relationships with clients
- Good organizational skills
- Aility to learn both sales process and product and make applicable use of knowledge
- Must be willing to relocate upon completion of training
