Job Description Opportunity provides Tier 1 2 Sustainment Support; SW Loads, Installations, Patch Management, Deployment, Configuration Management, Sparing, and Certification Accreditation to deployed state-of-the-art Intelligence system(s). Said systems are in the forefront of the Intelligence Community mission and offer technical exposure to and experience in the full spectrum of collection and processing - the initial phases of the technical intelligence cycle. Work will be co-located with HW and SW engineering professionals and personnel with diverse skill sets dedicated to sustaining this all important mission. (U) Work Role: Performs activities involved with preparing complex technical manuals and training materials (Text Book and web based) from electronic source data, other material and input from development teams; Updates, drafts and finalizes TURBULENCE documentation; May be tasked with Web Documentation. (U) Experience Requirement: Minimum one year experience preparing reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences including senior management; Experience in document management and technical editing for a program/project of similar complexity is desired; Experience with MS Office word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and database software is required. Candidate shall have an Associate's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Support Technology, Electronics Technology, Telecommunications Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Network Engineering.
