Job Description Opportunity provides Tier 1 2 Sustainment Support; SW Loads, Installations, Patch Management, Deployment, Configuration Management, Sparing, and Certification Accreditation to deployed state-of-the-art Intelligence system(s). Said systems are in the forefront of the Intelligence Community mission and offer technical exposure to and experience in the full spectrum of collection and processing - the initial phases of the technical intelligence cycle. Work will be co-located with HW and SW engineering professionals and personnel with diverse skill sets dedicated to sustaining this all important mission. (U) Work Role: Manage as well as perform the activities involved with preparing complex technical manuals and other program materials (Text Book and web based) from electronic source data, other material and input from development teams. Assists the documentation lead with updates, drafts and finalizes TURBULENCE documentation. (U) Experience Requirement: Minimum five years of technical writing experience preparing documents, reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences including senior management; Experience in effectively formatting/editing technical publications to include writing, editing and illustration; Proficient with PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project; Experience with Rational products desired; In-depth experience with word processing, presentation, spreadsheet and database software is required. Candidate shall have an Associate's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Support Technology, Electronics Technology, Telecommunications Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Network Engineering.
