Documentation Manager – Securities & Fund Services – Hong Kong recruitment
Responsabilities
This is a newly created position.
Our client is looking for a candidate pretty knowledgeable in the fund services / fund accounting industry but with strong documentation experience as well.
The person will be responsible for legal checking documentation in the securities fund business.
Requirements
- Solid experience in reviewing documentations
- Strong knowledge of banking products and operations, preferably securities related services.
- Solid work experience of a minimum of 5 years in a securities operations/client service/ fund accounting/documentation role.
- Legal - Para legal background will be considered
- Prior Fund Accounting background would be an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and team player.
- Ability to work independently and overtime if needed
- Good time management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good documentation and project management skills.
