WSS (Worldwide Securities Services) Operations in Moscow performs the activity of a sub-custodian for the JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. providing safekeeping, securities settlement and asset services to the clients of global WSS.
Responsibilities:
Clients' Documentation processingReceiving, sorting, filing incoming clients' legal documentation, maintaining excel database of the stored documentation;Analysing received documents, check for correctness and compliance with local and corporate requirements;Putting the comments in writing to advise clients of the inaccuracies and required amendments, if necessary;Maintain the list of clients' documents. Observe the dates of documents expiration and notify clients when documents need to be replaced.
Tax exemptions documents preparation on behalf of the clientscoordinating Certificates of Tax Residence (COTRs) obtaining, consulting with and reporting to JPMorgan Chase Bank NAarrange the forms to be sent to Issuers/Registrars;updating COTRs and tax exemptions database;coordinating tax reclaim forms preparation, obtaining, submission to Tax Authorities;
Maintain the legal documents of JPMBI required to support local custody activity: charter, BoD resolutions, PoAs to local employees, etc.maintenenace of the sufficient amount of copies of all documentation, that is required to be provided to the issuing companies, registrars and other organizations in the securities marketrenewal of powers of attorney upon their expirationwork with the Legal department when new documents are issued, as well as when old documents are replaced by new.
Open, close clients' accounts in the local custody system (Symbols), prepare necessary documentation support to such operations.
Relations with translating companies and notaries for the purpose of translation and notarisation of required documentation.

Qualifications

Higher education
Fluent Russian;
English language - upper intermediate
Several years experience in clients' on-boarding, foreign clients' documentation
Qualification certificate from FSFM 4.0
