Documentation Specialist Job Description: Key Responsibilities - Develops documents that include but are not limited to: - Change Management Plans - Communications - Program Manuals - Supplier Manuals - Training Decks - FAQs - Works directly with Implementation Managers and Implementation Consultants to gain a clear understanding of client documentation requirements - Supports the project staff by facilitating necessary meetings to ensure accurate and timely completion of documents - Creates high quality documents within established deadlines - Interfaces with subject matter experts to ensure deliverables are structured, organized, and accurately configured to each client - Provides documentation support to Directors of Implementation Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Communications, English, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Capital Industry or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Advanced experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio - Strong writing and editing skills, technical writing experience a plus - Experience with delivering multiple documents within tight deadlines - Familiar with a variety of the industry's concepts, practices, tools, and procedures - Experience interacting with internal and external clients - Must be willing to travel as required Work Environment - Global team and clients - Customer-centric, high-performing team - High team member reliance and support - Dynamic, multi-faceted and fast paced - Diverse, cross-industry engagements - Challenging and rewarding AGS Internal Required Skills for Documentation Specialist Job: STRONG WRITING AND EDITING SKILLS PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE EXPERIENCE INTERACTING WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CLIENTS About Allegis Group Services: Allegis Group Services " Transforming the Way the World Acquires Talent.
