Documentation Unit Negotiator (GMRA & GMSLA) recruitment
Part of the unit responsible for the negotiation and completion of Master Agreements and related collateral agreements (ISDA and ISDA CSA, AFBs, Prime Brokerage, Repo, Securities Lending and Exchange Traded Derivatives) with counterparties in Europe, Middle East and Africa, including banks, mutual, pension and hedge funds, corporates and insurance companies.
The negotiators are responsible for negotiating master agreements and resolving related issues, such as capacity, to ensure the optimum reduction of risk in line with the credit and legal policies/standards of the bank.
The role involves extensive contact with clients and their lawyers (including occasional conference calls and meetings) and liaison with our business, credit officers, and legal department and, on occasion, our external counsel.

Candidates must have previous experience negotiating traded products master agreements with particular attention to GMRA and GMSLA contracts and either experience in other areas or a willingness to learn.
