Job Description:
- Advise users on DoddFrank requirements within Reference Data, Reporting, Execution and Clearing areas
- Document business requirements; effectively capture, document, and communicate the current and future business process flow
- Work with the business and IT on the design, testing, and implementation of solutions; work with third-party vendors
- Produce documentation for test plans, use cases, and scripts; manage testing within business groups
Skills:
- Operations experience in Fixed Income and / or Derivatives business lines
- Experience with DoddFrank regulations with focus on one or more of Data Collection/Management, Reporting/Record Keeping, Execution, Clearing, Margining and Collateral Management.
- Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, test scripts, and executing test scripts
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and VISIO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions; willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
- Some vendor product (Murex, Broadridge, Calypso, WallStreet, Summit) implementation experience
