Full Job Description
Dodd Frank Remediation Analyst with experience of data analysis, client management and client documentation.
The team's key objectives will be to; source and store counterparty's details, source and store counterparty's EBC classification and safe harbour election details, amend existing ISDAs to enable compliance with DFA requirements, send and receive relavent disclosures to the counterparties and storing client classification and safe harbour election details for downstream consumption.
The ideal Remediation Analyst will have experience of Dodd Frank legislation, data analysis, demonstrable knowledge of compliance relating to client data, liaising with internal and external clients to obtain information, preparing and maintenance of remediation metrics, negotiation skills and liaising with Compliance and Legal teams.
