Domestic & International Travel Coordinator (Investment Management) recruitment
Specifically, this position will join a dedicated team of client service professionals that are responsible for ensuring all client service activities are executed with precision. This team of coordinators is the backbone of the client service organization and are the key drivers of process innovation across the department and within their core areas of expertise.
This position will specifically be joining the newly created travel team. This team is responsible for ensuring all company travelers, those traveling both domestic and internationally, receive exceptional services.
This position will specifically be responsible for:
- Setting new corporate travelers up with travel preference profile; continuing to innovate and update the travel preference database with traveler preferences
- Creating custom travel itineraries for internal clients paying close attention to travel timing, needs, and preferences
- Booking travel with the travel agency
- Creating streamlined travel processes that ensure the utmost efficiency in the entire travel process
- Processing and reconciling travel expenses
- Much more.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sorry, there is no sponsorship (OR) visa transfer available for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Relevant work experience within a very busy corporate environment where priorities change very quickly. Highly prefer those with priro travel coordination experience.
- Prefer those with 1 - 8 years "total" work experience due to the level of this position.
- Strong process improvement and management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities without getting stressed or overwhelmed
- Assertive, proven ability to effectively and directly voice concerns without sugar coating, proactive, self-directed, very open-minded, and thick skinned. Must have a character that addresses conflict head on.
