Domiciliation Accountant (m/f) Job in Luxembourg
Your responsibilities:
- General accounting and bookkeeping for a portfolio of companies
- Financial Statements preparation
- Work on variety of financial duties including but not limited to budgeting, spreadsheet analyses
- Preparation of audit reports with detailed descriptions and comments on the complete audit process and results
- Examination and analysis of the journal entries and ledgers, bank statements, inventories, expenditures and other accounting and financial records to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with the local and international standards
- Finalising documentation prior to issue of accounts, including rollover of client ledgers at year end
- Running administrative tasks such as follow up of correspondence, payments...
- Contact with external auditors during the preparation of financial annual statements
- Preparation of tax returns
- Check of the tax assessments issued by Luxembourg Tax Authorities
- Calculation of tax provision
- Maintain close relationship with the auditor in order to prepare the audit
Your profile:
· 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar position in the fiduciary or domiciliation environment
· Excellent understanding of the fiduciary or domiciliation environment
· Fluency in French and English is a must
· PC literate
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
