DR SALES & RELATIONSHIP MANAGER recruitment

In order to retain key relationships on the best possible commercial terms and service the client adhering to the highest standards, the DR Sales Rleationship Manager III builds the primary point of contact. In this position you will have to analyze and understand the client relationship and revenue profile, develop a client plan for retentive marketing efforts, coordinate response to client inquieries, provide suuport to clients around special projects, coordinate delivery of service among functional groups, manage entire mandate renegotiation processes, cooordinate response to client inquiries,  negotiate new business agreements, provide contract and document review and coordinate fulfillment of compliance, legal and other internal requierementsFurthermore this position includes a responsability for significant new business development in their allocated markets including cross-sell opportunities as well as the engagement to independently collaborate across Lines of Business to elevate Company relationships. The new business development efforts involve: Identification of appropriate contacts, cultivating and educating those contacts, analysis  of issuer prospects, making of formal presentations to individuals and groups, often independently, and ultimately persuading the issuer prospect to establish a DR facility. In addition to the above tasks there will be a responsibility for tracking sales efforts by various reporting functions including SFA and the postholder is expected to establish strong relationships with local Legal Advisors and Regulators.

This level of Sales/RM requires  fully proficiency in the role and ability to function independently. Also  there may be a responsibility for managing relevant advisory contacts which may often be shared with other managers. Dependent on the size of the region, there might appear1 to 2 direct reports. As a DR Sales Relationship Manager  III you will be expected to create appropriate Marketing materials Key Client communications because of th responsibility for issuer training, entertaining and occassional event planning.
