This South Australian owned and operated organisation focuses on the provision of IT services to a range of local businesses. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will focus on both the development of new Clients and the account management of existing business.
Sales are made through face to face meetings in order to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions. With a strong focus on the customer experience, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle. A typical week will include sales calls, generating and qualifying leads, client meetings, preparing proposals, managing an effective pipeline, reporting and maintaining customer relationships. Although the duties of the role will involve all that is necessary to deliver sales growth. Working within an existing sales team you will thrive in an open environment where information is shared for mutual benefit.
Your proven technical sales experience and knowledge of IT products and services will allow you to learn the extensive range of solutions offered by this organisation and quickly develop a pipeline. You’ll enjoy developing leads and new business, and have a proven track record demonstrating results. Balanced with this will be your experience of managing existing accounts to generate further business opportunities.
