DRIVER – SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
COMPENSA TION:
$550/WEEKLY SALARY, with opportunity to grow over time.
100% of your individual health benefits after your 90-DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
Share 10% of the profits back with team via our DISCRETIONARY PROFIT PARTICIPATION PROGRAM, with a portion of that pool allocated to a SEP retirement program after your first year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1) NONSMOKER
2) CLEAN DRIVING AND CRIMINAL RECORDS (including no DUIs or Reckless or Careless driving and NO POINTS FOR SPEEDING TICKETS LAST THREE YEARS).
3) EXCELLENT EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES
4) Our average tenure here is 10 years we are only interested in hiring a long-term team member.
5) Average start time here is 5AM
6) Average workday is 10 hours a day, If you have evening demands that require your attention at specific times (i.e. picking a child up from school), then this position would not be a good fit for you.
7) Route experience DESIRED.
8) No recent history of knee or back problems or any health issues that would preclude driving. There is a lot of heavy lifting, bending, twisting, and being on your knees servicing the display.
9) Must have you own reliable transportation to and from work
10) Must live within Pinellas County.
