About the Job
Primary Responsibilities:
* Liaison between the driver and company departments to maintain high levels of service.
* Proactively review and identify compliance with all state and federal regulations.
* Create and execute plans to ensure productivity and service requirements to our customers and drivers.
* Identify possible service failures and formulate a plan to proactively correct them.
* Process driver messages and questions both via Qualcomm and phone.
* Follow through with equipment and driver events to ensure completion.
* Weekday position with Saturday rotation.
Requirements:
* Independent Worker who is self motivated
* Computer literate / Knowledge of MS Office and AS400 / Innovative software
* Previous transportation management experience (1 year +)
* Excellent employee relations skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Good Customer relations, vendors and interaction w/ shipping personnel at customer facilities.
* Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
* Able to adapt to change.
* Strong problem solving abilities.
* Have an impeccable work ethic.
