Driver/Laborer/Mail Clerk
Temporary/Contract position could lead into full time position in 2 – 3 months..
- May function as driver for senior government officials or drive a shuttle minivan. Maintain driver logs and vehicle inspection sheets and inspect vehicles before driving.
- Check copiers, work with vendor for service and keep record of service.
- Work in all aspects of mail management from delivery, pick up of USPS, Fed Ex, UPS and other accountable mail.
- Will train, but must have general technical abilities to perform light labor functions such as hanging photos, building office furniture, some heavy lifting involved
- Great customer service skills are needed to work in a client and team environment.
- May respond to help desk inquiries requiring facility services for building maintenance and coordinate with building engineers.
- Perform light labor jobs such as moving and delivering boxes, hanging pictures, clearing storage rooms. Some heavy lifting occasionally.
