Drug & Alcohol Case Manager Job in Sharon Hill 19079, Pennsylvania Us
NHS is currently seeking an experienced Drug Alcohol Case Manager for the suburban division of a large behavioral health provider. Office is based out of Sharon Hill and will service clients (adult and children) residing in Delaware County, PA.
Caseload not to exceed 25 active clients.
Company car and flexible work week.
CM will work with community resources such as schools, DPW and SSA, mental health and drug and alcohol programs, children and youth services, adult and juvenile probation, Magellan and the Office of Behavioral Health.
Potential bonus averages $200 per month.

Job Requirements:
Successful candidate will have the following:
- BA/BS in Behavioral Sciences or BSW
- min. 1 year DA experience working in a DA facility or with a specific DA provider
- Clean, valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
