Inbound Sales Representative
Summary: To serve as the main source of contact, providing excellent service to DIRECTV customers. Inbound Guest Service Representatives will be able to anticipate the customer’s needs and resolve the majority of the customer’s issues. Customer Service rep will be required to offer promotional incentives and provide additional sales opportunities as outlines by DIRECTV.
Position Objective:
To use excellent customer service skill providing customer satisfaction with the main objective being customer retention. Communicate with each customer in a clear and concise manner, handling every call professionally following the policies and procedures of DIRECTV.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for utilizing customer service skills to:
- Provide product sales opportunities and promotions
- Identify customer needs and provide resolution to problems and inquiries
- Capture data and enter clearly and accurately
- Use customer service skills to appropriately satisfy and retain customer
- Escalate call appropriately
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College preferred
