About the Job
We are urgently seeking to supply dual trained Engineers / Diesel Technicians to join our market leading client within the rail sector.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering which includes strong fault finding experience coupled with an ability to diagnose faults using schematics and diagrams.
The work will involve maintenance, servicing and overhauling of modern diesel engines within a large workshop / rail depot environment. (All candidates will be required to undertake a drugs and alcohol test)
These roles are for a fixed term 6 month contract (PAYE on the company`s books) which has the potential to become permanent subject to satisfactory performance and an on-going business need.
You will be working 42 hours per week over a 3 shift pattern to include weekends and nights.
