Dublin based Mortgage Arrears Account Managers Job in Dublin Ireland
I am currently seeking Mortgage Arrears Collections Executives to deal with retail mortgage customers in 6+ months of mortgage arrears.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound / Outbound contact with customers who are over 6 months in arrears
- Complete the Standard Financial Statement and assess their repayment capacity
- Discuss possible resolutions - interest only, payment holiday, reduced payments, full restructure etc
- Negotiate and implement a repayment agreement
- At all times act within MARP guidelines
- Liaise with legal representative and where required move the case to the legal department
Experience Required
- Must have at least 3 years of mortgage arrears collections experience or 5 years of mortgage underwriting experience
- Must be able to assess a Standard Financial Statement
- Must have passed MINIMUM QFA Loans and QFA Regulations
- Must have a pragmatic, friendly, can-do attitude
