Would you like to take part in the challanges of a growing organisation? We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative into the European Business Service Centre of one of the world's largest energy companies.

Követelmények / Job requirements:

- Develop and maintain good proactive working relationships with customers through written and verbal communication
- Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in all systems
- Take full ownership of issues and queries and ensure they are fully resolved in an efficient and effective manner
- Interact with other CSC teams
- Provide efficient and effective management, resolution and escalation of complaints, service requests and technical service issues

Személyiségjegyek / Personality:

- Active, good Dutch knowledge (both written and verbal) and at least intermediate English skills
- German language skills are advantageous
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Experience as a customer service representative
- Able to meet tight deadlines for both internal and external customers
- Strong time management and organisation skills
