Dutch speaking Sales Support recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Ø  Provide an exceptional level of support to consultants and clients (both internal and external), acting as the first port of call in the Distribution Managers absence

Ø  Positioning products and services for both new and existing Dutch Institutional clients

Ø  Provide accurate, well considered responses to consultant and client direct  ad-hoc questions, as well as structured and professional responses to RFPs

Ø  Conduct pre meeting research and complete presentation material to a high standard, using your knowledge of the client and the product range

Ø  Build a high level understanding of the product offering in the institutional market place, demonstrating an excellent understanding of how this could facilitate the client’s decision making process and long term objectives. 

Ø  Follow up on leads and sales opportunities with the intention of maximising revenue

Ø  Attend conference calls where your expertise is required

Ø  Maintain excellent working relationships around key business areas at all times

Ø  Proactively research and understand the strategy of the competitors, their market direction and the impact this has on the business

 Requirements

Ø  Strong academic background

Ø  IMC or other professional qualification

Ø  Experience within the investment management industry including providing an exceptional level of support within a sales team environment

Ø  Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts up to and including senior levels

Ø  Institutional client experience

Ø  Strong interpersonal skills

Ø  Presentation skills

Ø  Excellent written communication skills

Ø  Knowledge of current investment market and economic issues
