Job Description:
Provide technical support on troubleshooting, repair and advice on electronic devices – laptops and televisions.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to all customers enquires efficiency and effectively within a giving timescale
· Research, resolve, and respond to enquiries received
· Provide advice and troubleshoot user enquiries
· Research and supply information in order to provide solutions for customers
· Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred or escalated to another department, supervisor or manager
· Deal with all phone calls, letters, emails and faxes
· Enter, update, retrieve and maintain and customer information
· Handle and process all customers payments related to their repairs
· Take personal ownership of every customer until their problem is resolved
Required Skills:
· Fluent Dutch
· Fluent English – Both Written and Oral
· Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
· Have the ability to multitask with customers problems
· Ability to handle many calls for long periods of time
· Be consistent in providing positive customer satisfaction
· Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure to achieve deadlines
Experience:
· Previous call centre experience desired but not essential
· Previous customer service or technical support experience essential
Knowledge:
· Laptop and PC hardware knowledge
· Computer security – firewalls, antivirus etc.
· Network technology – LAN, WAN etc.
· Microsoft office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
· Internet browsing – Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.
