Duty Manager – Children’s Activity Centre

- To assume day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the unit as rostered

- To strive to achieve a culture that is totally focused on the delivery of the best possible level of customer service.

- To support the interpretation of company corporate strategy.

- To take personal accountability for designated department/area of the unit as designated by the General Manager.

- To deputise in the absence of the General Manager.

- To undertake ownership for own training and development.

The ideal candidate will need to be an energetic, experienced and driven duty manager with a minimum of 1 years management experience within the leisure industry.  You must be competent and managing large teams and be a strong motivator that delivers excellent service standards.
